TERMS OF USE

Revolt Industry is a publishing platform for manga, manhwa, comics and web novels operated by Revolt Industry Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16338501), registered office: 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4JL ("Revolt", "we", "us"). Contact: support@revolt-industry.com.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. Keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse other users, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@revolt-industry.com; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Revolt Coins are a virtual credit used on the platform for chapter early access, creator tipping and similar features. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred or sold outside the platform. During the current early-access period, coin purchases run in a sandbox and no real payments are taken. Balances may be adjusted in the event of error, fraud or abuse.

The Works published on Revolt Industry belong to their creators or licensors. You may read them through the platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish Works or any part of them without permission from the rights holder.

You keep ownership of what you write and create. By posting comments, reviews or ratings you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display that content on the platform. By submitting a Work through the creator submissions portal you confirm you own the rights to it; submission does not transfer ownership — publication terms are agreed separately with each creator.

Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our reasonable discretion.

Revolt Industry is in active development. We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. If we make material changes we will tell you (by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
